We are looking for an experienced Manager - System Test to lead system testing, software validation, and integration testing for display products, graphic controllers, and peripheral devices. The successful candidate will oversee test planning, execution, automation, defect management, and overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end system testing and integration testing for software and display products.

- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and verification plans based on product requirements and specifications.

- Independently perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing.

- Manage manual and automated testing, defect tracking, debugging, and test reporting.

- Lead the use of black-box and white-box testing methodologies.

- Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks.

- Manage and mentor the system testing team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with R&D;, software development, and cross-functional engineering teams.





- Evaluate hardware components and ensure their successful integration with the overall product.

- Build and maintain system testing lab infrastructure and large-scale test environments.
