Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the overall QA function across multiple projects and releases.

- Define and enforce testing processes, standards, and quality gates.

- Manage SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Defect Management, and Release Sign-offs.

- Lead internal and vendor testing teams.

- Establish QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting.

- Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with Business, IT, PMO, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing QA teams or testing functions.

- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.

Required Skills

- Test Strategy and QA Governance.

- Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing.

- API Testing and Digital Integration Testing.

- Defect and Release Management.





- Jira / Azure DevOps / Test Management Tools.

- Stakeholder and Vendor Management.

- Agile Delivery Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

- Exposure to global QA frameworks, testing standards, and best practices.

- Experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering practices.

Key Success Measures

- Effective QA governance across the project portfolio.

- Timely testing sign-offs and successful releases.
