1. QA/QC Mechanical Engineers:.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

1. Educational Qualification

- Candidate must possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved College/Institute/University/Deemed University/NIT/IIT/IIST.

1. Minimum Work Experience

- The outsourced candidate must have a minimum of 05 years of relevant work experience in Power Plants, Process Plants, Nuclear Power Plants, or similar industries.

1. NDT Certification & Technical Knowledge

- Candidate must possess valid ISNT/ASNT Level-II certification in the following NDT methods:
- Visual Testing (VT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT/PT)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT/MPI)
- Candidate should have sound practical knowledge and experience in conducting UT, PAUT, TOFD, DPT, MPI and Visual Testing of welded joints.

1. Quality Inspection & Welding Experience

- Candidate must have experience in quality inspection and testing of High-Pressure and High-Temperature (HPHT) piping and tubing systems, including welding, pre-weld and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of alloy steels such as P1, P11, P22, P91, Duplex Steel and Stainless Steel (SS), as applicable.
- Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of welding processes, practices, inspection procedures and applicable quality standards.

1. Relevant Industrial Experience

- Candidate should have quality-related work experience in at least one or more of the following areas:

- Boiler

- Turbine

- Coal Handling Plant (CHP)

- Ash Handling Plant (AHP)





- Turbine Piping
- Low-Pressure Piping
- Associated structural works of the Main Plant and Offsite Facilities.

1. Quality Documentation & Technical Compliance

- Candidate should be capable of maintaining and preparing quality-related documentation in accordance with the Field Quality Plan (FQP) and Technical Specifications of NTECL.
- Candidate should have knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards and quality assurance procedures.

1. Laboratory Testing & Computer Proficiency

- Candidate should possess basic to sound knowledge of mechanical engineering-related laboratory tests as per applicable national and international codes and standards.
- Candidate should be proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office, including:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint.

1. Safety Knowledge

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of applicable industrial safety standards, safety codes and secure working practices.

1. Overall Technical Competency

- Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of welding practices, quality inspection methodologies, NDT techniques, material testing, heat treatment procedures and quality assurance requirements applicable to power plant and process plant equipment and systems.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
