Job SummaryArnsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced QA Engineer / QA Analyst with solid Warehouse Management System (WMS) domain expertise to join our Quality Assurance team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing WMS applications, a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes, and the ability to independently design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios.

Hands-on WMS domain experience is mandatory. Experience in test automation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for WMS applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate core warehouse processes, including:
- Inbound Operations: Receiving, Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), putaway, and cross-docking.
- Inventory Management: Stock movements, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and replenishment.
- Outbound Operations: Order allocation, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Warehouse Execution: Task management, RF scanning, and material handling workflows.
- Validate integrations between WMS and external systems such as ERP, TMS, WCS, and warehouse automation equipment.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects,



and warehouse operations teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, defect triage, and release validation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the WMS domain is mandatory, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows.
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in warehouse management or supply chain applications.
- Practical experience testing WMS functionalities such as receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated regression test suites.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Exposure to WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder WMS, Manhattan Associates, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar solutions.
- Experience with warehouse automation systems, including conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, AMRs, and WCS integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing or large-scale warehouse system implementations.

EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a quality-focused professional who understands how warehouse operations function in real-world environments, beyond just software testing methodologies.

The candidate should be capable of independently validating complex WMS workflows, identifying business-critical defects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability and performance of warehouse management applications.

Candidates with a combination of strong WMS functional testing expertise and test automation capabilities will be preferred.

Important Hiring Requirement: Candidates without prior hands-on experience in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) domain will not be considered.
