Job Overview-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with robust expertise in Python, AWS services, and backend/integration development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable backend applications, serverless architectures, and cloud-based integrations.

The candidate should also have working proficiency in Java and/or Node.js and practical experience using AI-powered development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation efficiency.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Working proficiency in Java and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and AppSync.
- Working knowledge of AWS ECS and Terraform.
- Strong experience in backend development and integration.

Required Technical Skills
- AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, and SNS.
- Database: SQL, Stored Procedures, MongoDB.
- API Development: REST APIs.
- Cloud & Containers: EKS, ECS, Docker, OpenShift, VPC, RDS, and Security Groups.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
- CI/CD & Version Control: GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Security: Encryption and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

AI Development Tools

Daily practical experience using AI development tools such as:

- Devin AI
- Cursor
- Claude / Claude Skills

Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging,



and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and integrate serverless applications using AWS services.
- Develop and manage APIs and backend integrations.
- Work with SQL, stored procedures, and MongoDB.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment pipelines.
- Leverage AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Candidate Requirements
- 612 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend or integration development background.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
