We are looking for Sr Manager for Purchase for EMS Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end purchase, procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Vendor identification, development and management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms.
- Ensure on-time material availability for production.
- Drive cost reduction and inventory optimization.
- Monitor supplier performance Quality, Cost & Delivery.
- Conduct supplier audits and develop alternate vendors.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality and Finance.
- Ensure procurement compliance and documentation.
- Manage procurement operations through SAP / ERP.

Mandatory Skills:

- EMS industry experience.
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
- Vendor Development & Management.
- Supplier Negotiation & Cost Reduction.
- Inventory & Material Planning.
- SAP / ERP / MRP knowledge.
- Supplier Quality Management and Audits.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
