Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase & Logistics Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, material planning, and logistics operations for construction and HDD projects. The candidate should have positive knowledge of construction materials, HDD equipment, tools, consumables, and project-related procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement

- Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for construction and HDD projects.
- Source and procure construction materials, HDD tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate with vendors for prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain proper procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.

Logistics & Material Management

- Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials, machinery, equipment, and tools to project sites.
- Manage logistics for inter-site material transfers and equipment movement.
- Track material dispatches, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters,



suppliers, warehouse teams, and site personnel.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material consumption.
- Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, delivery challans, invoices, and goods received notes.

HDD & Construction Project Support

- Arrange procurement of HDD-specific materials such as drilling rods, reamers, bentonite, drilling fluids, mud pumps, tooling, and spare parts.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of HDD rigs and associated equipment.
- Understand project requirements and ensure timely supply of HDD consumables and critical spares.
- Support project teams in emergency procurement and breakdown-related material requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchase and logistics operations.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, pipeline, or HDD industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and transportation coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/purchase management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
