Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of HVAC and MEP materials, equipment, and components.
- Purchase chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting materials, GI sheets, copper pipes, valves, pumps, and electrical accessories.
- Develop vendors, negotiate prices, and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with project, design, planning, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Review BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and material quality.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Required
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC/MEP materials and equipment.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
