The Junior Purchase Executive will support the Senior Purchase Executive in procurement and product development activities. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing vendors and collecting quotations
- Prepare comparative statements and purchase proposals
- Follow up with suppliers for samples, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Maintain purchase records, supplier data, and documentation
- Coordinate internally with stores, quality, and Sales teams
- Support product development activities and trial processes
- Track order status and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle routine purchase activities as assigned

Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of purchase and supply chain processes
- Understanding of engineering tools/products (preferred)
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn product development and sourcing
- Good communication skills

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
