Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and source construction materials from suppliers.
- Purchase cement, steel, sand, bricks, electrical and plumbing materials.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
- Monitor material delivery and stock availability.
- Verify supplier bills and invoices.
- Maintain vendor relationships and purchase reports.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
- Positive negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
- Vendor management and cost control.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com / Diploma. Job Type: Full-time
