Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and timely material availability. Candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable suppliers, obtain quotations, and evaluate vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system after necessary approvals.
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts teams for material requirements and documentation.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier documents, comparative statements,



and delivery status reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, ISO systems, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement, supplier evaluation, and purchase documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; SAP knowledge will be an added adv

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate / B.Techantage. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
