Salary: Up to ₹23,000/- per month

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's skills, experience, knowledge and suitability for the role.

Job Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi – Thane, Maharashtra

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up with suppliers and vendors regarding purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, material availability and delivery schedules.
- Regularly follow up on pending purchase orders and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase-related records, reports and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors regarding rates, availability and delivery status.
- Assist the Purchase Department with daily coordination and administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between suppliers and the internal Purchase Team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and computer operations.
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal departments.
- Previous experience in Purchase, Purchase Support, Vendor Coordination or Administration Department will be preferred.
- Candidates with Admin Department experience involving documentation, coordination, record maintenance and regular follow-ups are also welcome to apply.




- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
- Candidates should be responsible, organized and comfortable handling multiple follow-up activities.
