Hiring Customer Retention Executive / Pullback Specialist (Work From Home)

We are looking for motivated and experienced Customer Retention Executives to join our growing remote team.

The role involves outbound calling, customer follow-ups, maintaining relationships with existing users, and supporting customer engagement for an online gaming platform.

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: 30,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships.




- Understand customer concerns and provide professional assistance.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activities.
- Review daily communication quality and work towards assigned performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Own Windows laptop or desktop and headset.
- Secure internet connection and reliable electricity supply.
- Quiet working environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.

Working Hours

- 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
