Location Nagpur preferred
Type Full-time
Core target 8+ confirmed paid sessions per month What success looks like Your headline number is 8 or more confirmed, paid sessions on the founder's calendar every month, reached by the end of your third month and held from then on. A "session" counts when it is confirmed in writing, paid (or covered by a signed fee or sponsor), and at least 45 minutes long. It can be a public workshop, a corporate or HR-led programme, a speaking slot at a conference or association, a city-partner event, or an online international event.
Measure Target
Paid sessions booked 8+ per month from month 3 (4+ in month 1, 6+ in month 2) Pipeline 25+ qualified conversations with organisers, HR leaders and hosts per month Booking lead time Each month's sessions confirmed at least 2 months ahead Measure Target Corporate share At least 2 of the 8 sessions from companies or HR teams by month 6 New cities and countries 1 new city or international market opened per quarter Earned media 2+ features, interviews, podcasts or bylines per month Audience growth Steady progress toward 10k Instagram, 20k LinkedIn and 25k YouTube followers Seats filled Founder time on marketing 80%+ of capacity for every public workshop Cut by at least 70% within 90 days What you will own You own bookings, PR and content direction. The social media team creates and posts the content, and the Executive Assistant handles logistics, the email platform and HeyHomie. You lead both and take the founder out of the day-to-day.
- Bookings and session sales (your core target) • Build and run the pipeline that delivers 8+ paid sessions a month: city hosts, business networks, associations, conferences, corporate event agencies, HR and L&D; leaders. • Coordinate with partners in each city to lock dates, venues, fees and audience. • Pitch flagship programmes (Beyond Barriers, Own Your Presence, The Alignment Code, Limitless Me, Abundance Accelerator) to the right buyer, in performance language that corporates respond to. • Prepare proposals and follow up until closure; convert enquiries and "interested" lists into registrations.
• Plan the session calendar 2–3 months ahead, including international dates (Dubai, Bahrain, Canada).
- Public relations and visibility • Secure media features, interviews, podcasts, panel and keynote slots for the founder, in India and abroad. • Pitch the founder's story: CA turned coach, bestselling author of Beyond Coincidence, youngest BNI Executive Director in the world. • Arrange LinkedIn interview posts, guest articles and award or speaker nominations.
- Content direction and quality • Set the monthly content strategy and calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp; the social media team produces and posts it. • Design content themes, campaign ideas and reel concepts, and brief the team and designers. • Review content before it goes out, and change copy, visuals or timing where needed. • Make sure testimonials and workshop highlights go out within 48 hours of every event. • Approve the content of the weekly newsletter and broadcasts; the EA schedules and sends them. • Track which content brings enquiries and bookings, and adjust the plan.
- Campaigns, challenges and community • Plan each challenge (for example the 28-day No Complain Challenge, No Sugar, etc) and how it is promoted. • Shape the daily message plan for challenge and alumni WhatsApp groups; the team posts the messages. • Move challenge participants and alumni into the next paid programme.
- Outreach and lead generation • Run LinkedIn outreach to HR leaders, event planners and international contacts, using automation tools where helpful. • Maintain a clean CRM of every lead, host, partner and past participant. • Decide how online and international sessions are listed and ticketed (for example Eventbrite); the EA sets up the listings.
- Leading the team • Direct the social media team on priorities, quality and deadlines. • Hand each confirmed session to the EA, who runs venues, posters, certificates, AV,
the email platform and HeyHomie; you set what each event needs for marketing. • Bring in freelancers or agencies for PR or special campaigns where needed.
- Reporting • Send a one-page weekly report: sessions booked, pipeline, content published, media secured, and what needs the founder's time. Who we are looking for You are a senior PR and partnerships professional who has personally booked speakers, trainers or coaches into paid rooms, and can show the numbers.
Must have • 7+ years in PR, speaker bureau, events, L&D; sales or brand partnerships; at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- A track record of booking speakers, trainers or workshops, with monthly booking numbers you can share.
- A live network among HR and L&D; leaders, event agencies, business associations (BNI, YPO, EO, Rotary, Round Table, chambers) or media.
- Strong written and spoken English and Hindi; confident pitching to CXOs and CHROs.
- A sharp eye for content: you can brief, review and fix posts, reels and campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp, and lead a team that executes them.
- Organised and self-driven: you run a CRM, a calendar and a weekly report without being chased.
- Comfortable travelling across India and occasionally abroad. Nice to have • Experience with personal brands of coaches, authors or speakers.
- Contacts in the Middle East or Europe.
- Experience leading a social media or content team.
- Interest in personal growth, wellbeing or leadership development. How you work • You sell outcomes, not inspiration: you can explain why a session improves confidence, leadership and results.
- You protect the founder's time and only bring her in to close or deliver.
- You follow up until there is a yes or a clear no.
Working model, pay and how to apply Pay is a fixed monthly salary plus a performance bonus tied to paid sessions booked, so your earnings grow with the calendar you fill.
- Fixed pay: 70,000 – 80,000/month
- Performance bonus: a per-session incentive for every confirmed paid session, with a higher rate above 8 sessions a month – 10-15%
- Probation: 90 days, reviewed against the month-3 target of 8 sessions
- Working style: remote-first, with regular time in Nagpur and travel to events
- Tools provided: CRM, scheduling and design tools, LinkedIn and email platforms
