Title:- Project Supervisor

Experience:- 2 to 3 Years of experience

Location:- Pune Maharashtra.

- Workforce & Contractor Management: Supervise, direct, and allocate daily tasks to on-site technicians, fitters, welders, electricians, and riggers; ensure productivity, material accountability, and workmanship standards.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate civil foundation work, structural steel erection, and electrical cable tray/substation interfaces to prevent on-site bottlenecks.
- Lifting Tackle & Equipment Handling: Ensure safe rigging, positioning, and erection of heavy machinery, chain pulley blocks, cranes, hoists, and material handling systems.
- Pre-Commissioning & Testing: Facilitate electrical loop checks, drive parameterization, motor trial runs, load testing, and defect rectification prior to final handover.




- Safety, Quality & Reporting: Enforce strict Site Safety Standards, Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance; prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

EPC Site Execution: Oversee and drive in office turnkey installation, structural erection, machine foundation positioning, and alignment strictly as per engineering blueprints and project schedules. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
