Working Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST | Monday-Friday

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale US energy and infrastructure projects, particularly Utility-Scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project delivery from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution, planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Electrical, Civil, Structural and Mechanical engineering.
- Manage EPC contractors, vendors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Oversee engineering deliverables, design coordination, reviews and approvals.
- Monitor procurement, construction, site execution and commissioning activities.
- Manage project risks,



costs, timelines, quality and resources.
- Coordinate with US clients, EORs, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience managing US-based projects is mandatory.
- Experience in large-scale Solar PV, BESS and renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of EPC, project execution and delivery.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Exposure to procurement, construction, commissioning and project handover.
- Robust client, vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting and coordination capabilities.
