Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, team management, budget control, quality assurance and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure construction quality, safety standards and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material procurement, labour deployment and project costs.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients and internal departments.
- Review daily and weekly project progress reports.




- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction.
- Proven experience in managing and executing building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and commercial building construction.
- Experience handling multiple project sites.
- Strong exposure to project budgeting, billing, procurement and resource management.
