Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing projects end to end, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations. The role requires robust project governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and migration project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Manage migration projects from planning and assessment through execution, validation, and closure.
- Track project progress against milestones, budget, and agreed deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate project teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to management and customers.




- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and delivery challenges.
- Ensure quality standards, customer sign-off, and formal project closure.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or a related discipline.
- 8 - 12 years of project management experience, including migration project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and change control.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
