Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to independently handle end-to-end Turnkey Project execution, from project initiation to final handover. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Civil Works, Structural Fabrication, Site Execution, Safety Management and Customer Coordination.

The candidate will be stationed at MSF, Chhapore, and must be proficient in Bengali for effective communication and coordination at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage complete turnkey project execution, including site mobilization, planning, monitoring and timely completion.
- Supervise civil construction activities, including RCC work, foundations and industrial site development.
- Handle structural steel fabrication, welding, fit-up, erection, installation and alignment activities.
- Read and interpret civil, structural and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure site safety, EHS compliance and contractor safety practices.
- Conduct and coordinate incoming material inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with customers for project requirements, site approvals and project progress updates.




- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal departments.
- Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, RA bills and project-related invoices.
- Follow up on customer payments, bill approvals and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain project progress reports, inspection records and execution documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion and final handover to customers.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Turnkey / EPC / Industrial Project Execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of Civil Works and Structural Fabrication & Erection.
- Understanding of welding, fabrication drawings and site execution.
- Knowledge of incoming material inspection, quality and safety procedures.
- Experience in customer handling, vendor coordination, billing and payment follow-ups.
- Ability to independently manage complete project responsibilities.
- Must be proficient in Bengali.
- Willingness to be stationed at West Bengal.

Preferred Industry: Heavy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Structural Fabrication, EPC and Industrial Construction. Mandatory Requirements: Bengali-speaking candidate with 10+ years of relevant Turnkey Project execution experience, willing to work at MSF, Chhapore, West Bengal.
