Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in apartment and villa construction to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. The candidate should have proven experience in managing residential construction projects, leading site teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor apartment and villa construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and submit regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor material procurement, utilization, and wastage control.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project timelines.




- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project targets.

Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience and expertise.

Experience 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven experience in apartment and villa construction projects.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, drawings, estimation, budgeting, and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
