Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Delhi, India with a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite presence at project locations and some work from home.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of interior contracting projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams; monitoring project progress; managing vendors and subcontractors; and ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are delivered as scheduled. The role involves supervising site activities, conducting inspections to maintain quality and safety standards, resolving issues, and preparing regular status reports and documentation.

The Project





Manager will also support logistics planning, risk management, and continuous process improvement to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience managing multiple interior or construction projects.
- Expediting capabilities, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Inspection experience, including conducting site Inspection and quality checks for workmanship, materials, and safety compliance.
- Logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management and coordination of supply chain activities for project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in interior contracting, fit-out, construction, or related project environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and MS Office, with good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed and work effectively in a hybrid setup.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
