About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong project management expertise, technical knowledge of AI/ML, and experience working in fast-paced technology or startup environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS and AI-driven projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that business objectives translate into scalable, high-quality technology solutions.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Developers, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to drive project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project delivery across Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Translate business requirements into structured technical requirements for engineering and data science teams.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including data pipelines, model development, testing, and deployment.
- Track project progress, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Identify project risks, resolve challenges, and manage escalations.
- Ensure projects follow AI ethics, compliance, and data security standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, establish accountability, and drive execution.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience managing complex SaaS or cloud-native technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Science.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Understanding of cloud AI platforms such as AWS AI and Azure AI.
- Knowledge of IT governance and security standards, including SOC and ISO 27001.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience working with datasets and evaluating data quality.
- Previous experience in , hospitality, or global technology environments.
- Experience working with technology or SaaS startups during periods of rapid growth.
- Ability to coordinate teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
