- 8-10 years experience in UX design
- User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user behaviour and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Map out user flows, sitemaps, and navigation structures so apps or websites make logical sense.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity layouts and interactive, clickable models of digital products.
- Usability Testing:



Observe real users interacting with prototypes to find and fix friction points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and software developers to turn designs into working products
- Design & Prototyping Software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Research & Analytics Tools: User Testing, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.

• Core Competencies: Empathy, problem-solving, wireframing, communication, and basic understanding of responsive design (and occasionally HTML/CSS/JS)
