Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for day-to-day project activities.

- Review architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and working drawings.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

- Ensure timely availability and circulation of revised drawings at project sites.

- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities to ensure timely execution.

- Conduct regular site visits to understand execution requirements and resolve coordination issues.

- Maintain project documentation, drawings, BOQs, reports, and project records.

- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Prepare regular project progress reports and update management on project status.
