The Veruschka Foundation is looking for a passionate and empathetic Programme Associate – Placements to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai.

If you believe in the power of inclusion and want to help persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (PwIDDs) build sustainable livelihoods in the hospitality industry, this role is for you!

About the Role:

- Job Title: Programme Associate – Placements
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (On-site / Full-time)
- Key Focus: End-to-end placement coordination, employer engagement, job matching, and post-placement retention for graduates of our S.E.E.D. of the Future programme.

What We Are Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, skill development, disability inclusion, or hospitality operations (background in Social Work,



Psychology, Special Ed, HR, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Deep sensitivity, patience, and a firm belief in the potential of PwIDD candidates.
- Key: Candidates must be comfortable with on-site work and local travel in Mumbai (Goregaon office location).
