About the position

Azad Foundation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Programme Implementer focused on knowledge management, MIS tracking, internal coordination, and programme documentation. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who has strong writing and communication skills, a basic understanding of monitoring and evaluation (ME) systems, and a keen interest in working in the development sector.

Role Description - Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge Management Documentation
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and archiving programme data, case studies, and best practices.
- Support in writing and editing internal and external reports, success stories, and communication materials. Help create engaging presentations and visual reports using Canva and other tools.

- MIS Tracking Data Support

- Collect, clean, and verify programme-related data from field teams and maintain MIS dashboards.




- Work closely with the ME team to ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
- Flag inconsistencies or gaps in data and support follow-up for resolution.

- Coordination Communication

- Coordinate with field teams to gather inputs, check data accuracy, stories, and feedback for reports and evaluations.
- Support in scheduling and documentation of review meetings, evaluations, and learning events.
- Assist in maintaining calendars, checklists, and deadlines related to reporting and ME processes.

Professional Educational Qualifications

- Master s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in programme implementation, documentation, or knowledge management.
- Basic Understanding of MIS and evaluation systems
- Robust writing and communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language an asset).
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and data visualization.
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data under tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational, coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
