Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - US Healthcare Operations to lead and oversee strategic healthcare programs supporting US healthcare clients. This role is a non-clinical, non-medical allied position focused on managing large-scale operations, process improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and client delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, operational leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including payer,



provider, revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare operations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end healthcare programs and operational initiatives for US healthcare clients.
- Drive program governance, project execution, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, training, technology, recruitment, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead workforce planning, capacity management, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Support transitions, process migrations, and current program implementations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client requirements, and organizational policies.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and team development initiatives.
- Manage budgets, project schedules, and program reporting.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client-related issues.
