- Run programs end to end: planning, launch, delivery and tracking against goals. Be the day-to-day point of contact for partners.
- Work with internal teams to keep timelines and delivery on track.
- Drive student participation and engagement.
- Track progress, flag risks early and share regular updates.
- Improve how programs are run as you go.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 5 years in program, project or partner management.
- Track record of running large-scale programs with many moving parts. Delivers well under tight deadlines and stays on top of several priorities at once.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across teams.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Transparent written and spoken communication.
- Able to join immediately.
