Treebo Hotels is one of India's leading budget and mid-scale hotel chains, operating across cities nationwide. Online travel agencies (OTAs) are a key distribution channel for the business.

Role overview

The OTA Manager will be responsible for managing Treebo's OTA business on a day-to-day basis. The role works closely with the leadership team, driving channel growth, partner relationships and team execution.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver OTA revenue and room-night targets across MMT, Booking.com, Agoda and other partners

- Drive growth on emerging OTA channels to build a balanced channel mix

- Manage relationships with OTA partners, including business reviews, promotions, commissions and visibility programmes

- Represent the company in partner meetings and negotiations

- Maintain accurate listings, including content, images, room types and policies

- Monitor rate parity and resolve rate and inventory issues with Revenue Management and the channel manager

- Track guest ratings and reviews, and coordinate resolution of escalations with Operations





- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes

- Lead, train and develop a team

Qualifications and experience

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field; MBA preferred

- 4–5 years of experience in OTA management, hotel distribution or revenue management

- Hands-on experience with OTA extranets and channel Manager

- Have a problem solving skill

- Sound understanding of rate parity, inventory management and commission structures

- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and lead negotiations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience managing a team

Preferred skills

- Experience with a hotel chain or online travel agency

- Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools

- Familiarity with automation and AI tools
