About the Role

We're building our Program Management team and are open to professionals at different career stages. If you've delivered projects in pharma or biosimilars and want to grow in a fast-moving CDMO environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan projects, prepare Gantt charts and track timelines
- Identify risks early, drive resolution, build mitigation plans and escalate on time
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and milestone delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams and external clients
- Own scope, budget and timelines; track time and cost variance
- Run team communication: meetings, minutes, action items and follow-ups




- Drive change management and get the required approvals
- Coordinate with Finance and Regulatory on documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards and progress reports
- Maintain a lessons-learned repository and apply it to new projects
- Train interns and project coordinators
- Help build PM best practices, tools and systems across the organisation

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 15+ years of project/program management experience in pharma, biologics or biosimilars
- Strong written and spoken English, with good presentation skills
- Hands-on with SAP, Smartsheet, Excel and MS Office; MS Project is a plus
- Valuable at teamwork, building relationships and resolving conflict
- Strong team leadership
