Designation: Production Supervisor

:

We are looking forward a candidate to join production department to manage and supervise day-to-day production operations at the UPS manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality standards, delivery schedules, safety requirements, and cost objectives. The role involves effective management of manpower, production planning, assembly operations, testing, material utilisation, and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery timelines.
- Oversee UPS assembly,



electrical wiring, component integration, and system manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with Quality and Testing teams to ensure product quality and reliable performance.
- Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilisation, material consumption, and work-in-progress.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Minimise production delays, rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, 5S, and factory regulations.
- Maintain production records, daily MIS reports, and manufacturing documentation.
- Lead, train, and supervise production engineers, technicians, and assembly workers.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Dispatch teams for timely order completion.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience: 10+ years, preferably in UPS, transformer, power electronics, or similar industry
