About The Opportunity

- We are seeking a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and packaging operations at our derma factory in Gurgaon. The role is critical to ensuring production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets as per schedule.
- Supervise manufacturing activities for derma creams and other skincare formulations, depending on the product portfolio.
- Allocate work to production operators, helpers, and packaging staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), production registers, and related documentation.
- Monitor filling, labelling, coding, sealing, and packing to ensure accuracy and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA)



and Quality Control (QC) teams for in-process checks and batch clearance.
- Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance coordination for manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to minimize material wastage.
- Prepare daily production reports, track rejection and wastage, and report production issues to the Production Manager.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Diploma or B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline; a relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in derma, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or skincare manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, batch documentation, manufacturing processes, and packaging operations.
- Good team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet production schedules while maintaining product quality and safety.

Preferred

- Experience with creams, gels, lotions, ointments, or similar topical products will be an advantage.
