We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee overall factory operations. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth production activities, coordinating manpower, and maintaining operational efficiency across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities across the factory
- Manage and allocate manpower based on production requirements
- Ensure smooth plant operations during assigned shifts
- Monitor production output and maintain workflow efficiency
- Coordinate and arrange maintenance work when required
- Ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and effectively
- Maintain discipline, safety practices
- Report production status and operational issues to management
- Take responsibility for overall factory functioning during the shift

Work Schedule





- Rotational 8 Hour shift duty
- 3 shifts operated per day
- Candidate must be willing to work in any assigned shift

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in manufacturing or production supervision (preferred)
- Ability to handle factory operations independently
- Basic knowledge of production processes and maintenance coordination
- Positive leadership and manpower handling skills
