Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
Handle sheet metal fabrication and production processes.
Monitor production targets, quality and delivery schedules.
Manage manpower allocation and operator activities.
Monitor press operations, cutting, bending, punching and welding processes.
Ensure production efficiency and minimize rejection and wastage.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production reports and follow 5S and safety standards.
