Role Description The Production Supervisor – Injection is a full-time, in office role based in Unnao, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the injection molding production area. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring output meets quality standards, and coordinating resources to achieve targeted efficiency and throughput. The supervisor will lead and guide production teams, assign tasks, provide on-the-job support, and promote safe work practices in line with company policies.

Additional responsibilities include tracking production data, resolving operational issues, collaborating with maintenance and quality teams,



and recommending process improvements to minimize downtime. The role requires active communication with management and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to allocate resources and manage workflow effectively.
- Candidates should possess Production Management capabilities to oversee processes, optimize efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and support functions.
- Relevant experience in injection molding or footwear manufacturing, especially in a supervisory capacity, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and basic lean or continuous improvement concepts is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Production, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Unnao, manage shift operations, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
