RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily production work.

- Assign work to operators and helpers.
- Check employee attendance.
- Monitor daily production targets.
- Check product quality.
- Maintain worker discipline.
- Coordinate with machine operators.
- Report daily production details to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to manage workers.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
