Position: Production Supervisor – Food Drying & Packaging

Location: Rai, Sonipat

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall food drying, processing and packaging vertical.
- Handle all food calculations, including raw material requirements, batch quantities, ingredient ratios, drying yields and final output weights.
- Ensure accurate ingredient mixing, weighing, portioning and packaging across all production batches.
- Manage daily production planning, inventory, material consumption and wastage.
- Supervise the packaging team and ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Maintain proper production records, batch sheets, stock registers and daily MIS.
- Ensure quality control, consistency, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Identify operational issues and take ownership of resolving them.

Candidate Requirements

- Educational qualification: Engineering graduate (any discipline)



with strong calculation and management skills OR MBA graduate.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
- Good command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Extremely detail-oriented, systematic and disciplined.
- Ability to independently manage production operations and teams.
- Prior experience in food processing, FMCG or manufacturing will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, strong with numbers, technically sound and capable of independently managing an entire production vertical with minimal supervision. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
