Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection protocols

- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to establish quality benchmarks

- Conduct routine audits, inspections, and internal process reviews

- Identify defects, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant industry standards

- Lead root cause investigations using FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams

- Work closely with suppliers, QA/QC teams, and external auditors

- Maintain quality documentation and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders

- Use tools like Minitab, SPC, and DOE to analyze and improve production quality

- Stay updated on emerging quality trends, tools, and best practices





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing setting

- Working knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality auditing techniques

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

- Certification in CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing (preferred)

Preferred Experience

- Background in industries like automotive, manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with supplier quality management or regulatory audits

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
