We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a food manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in food manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower handling and quality coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Manage production staff and allocate manpower.
- Monitor production processes and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.




- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace hygiene, safety and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong production planning and team management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
