Seeking an experienced PPC Manager to drive end-to-end production planning, capacity and resource optimization, raw material planning, recent business feasibility, project execution and inventory control, ensuring seamless alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Capacity Planning & Assessment: Assess and map machine-wise capacity across injection moulding machines, considering tonnage, mould availability, cycle time, cavities and production constraints.
- Production Planning: Develop and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer forecasts, confirmed orders, machine capacity and delivery schedules.
- Machine & Resource Utilization: Ensure optimum utilization of injection moulding machines, moulds, manpower, auxiliary equipment and packaging resources while minimizing idle time and bottlenecks.
- Raw Material Planning: Plan and monitor raw material requirements based on production schedules, forecasts and actual orders, ensuring timely availability of polymers, masterbatches, additives and packaging materials.
- Production Coordination: Ensure effective coordination between Production, Stores, Purchase, Packaging, Quality and Dispatch teams for seamless execution of production plans.
- New Business Feasibility: Evaluate new business enquiries from a manufacturing capacity and resource perspective, considering machine tonnage, mould requirements, cycle time, production volumes and infrastructure availability.




- New Product & Project Planning: Coordinate with NPD, Tool Room, Production and other stakeholders for new mould/product introduction, trial planning, capacity allocation and timely project execution.
- Order & Delivery Management: Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer delivery commitments, prioritizing orders based on urgency, capacity and business requirements.
- Team Management: Experience in handling team.

Experience - 10 years and atleast 4 years in a leadership role.

Qualification - Any Graduate
