Short Description A Production Helper is responsible for assisting production workers and supervisors in the day-to-day activities of garment manufacturing. The employee must ensure the smooth movement of materials between production sections, maintain workplace cleanliness, assist operators, and support timely completion of production targets while following company quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist operators and tailors in daily garment production activities.
- Transport fabrics, cut panels, trims, and finished garments between departments.
- Arrange and organize materials according to production orders.
- Assist in fabric spreading, cutting, bundling, and garment handling.
- Count, sort, and separate garment pieces according to size, colour, and style.
- Support packing, folding, tagging, and labelling activities.




- Remove thread waste and maintain cleanliness around machines and workstations.
- Assist quality inspectors in identifying and separating defective garments.
- Maintain proper material identification and prevent mixing of different orders.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and department incharges.
- Report material shortages, damages, and production delays immediately.
- Follow workplace safety rules and maintain discipline.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials whenever required.
- Support other production departments whenever necessary.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
