Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Dharwad.

The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that sheet metal fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and finishing are executed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring workflow, and optimizing resource utilization to meet delivery timelines. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control standards, troubleshooting process issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with customer and industry requirements.





The Production

Engineer will also prepare production reports, support maintenance planning, and communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills, with experience in managing shop floor operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and support process improvement.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including familiarity with inspection methods, standards, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, reporting to management, and interacting with clients or vendors.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC processes, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety practices, basic CAD drawings, and production-related software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Dharwad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach.
