Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Kolhapur.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, monitoring workflow, and optimizing process parameters to meet output and cost targets. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams for materials,



tooling, and maintenance, as well as resolving technical issues on the shop floor.

The Production

Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, analyze production data, implement corrective actions, and contribute to process standardization and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills for managing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing, automotive or industrial components production will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, basic industrial safety practices, and use of production-related software or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
