Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.

- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident triage, bug fixes, and escalation management.

- Coordinate release management activities, including deployments, rollback planning, and release documentation.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis.

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational support.

- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards for business reporting and data visualization.

- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of Power BI reports.

- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Development teams during testing and releases.

- Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.

- Prepare RCA documents, support runbooks, and operational documentation.

- Identify process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
