Key Responsibilities

- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operate and monitor SSR (Stainless Steel Reactor) and GLR (Glass Lined Reactor).
- Handle reactor charging, reaction monitoring, heating/cooling, agitation and other process operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations are carried out as per SOPs and batch instructions.
- Ensure proper equipment cleaning, line clearance and area readiness before and after manufacturing activities.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, BMRs and other required documentation.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety and EHS requirements during manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering and Warehouse teams for smooth batch execution.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues and abnormal observations.
- Ensure protected handling of raw materials, solvents and chemicals.




- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm / M.Pharm, Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Experience: Relevant experience in API / Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience: SSR and GLR reactor operations.
- Experience in batch manufacturing / chemical reactions.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOP, BMR and production documentation.
- Candidates with experience in API / bulk drug / pharmaceutical manufacturing plants preferred.
