Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Prepare, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies across product releases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing of telecom and VAS products.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools.
- Conduct API testing and validate integrations with external and internal systems.
- Perform unit, performance, load, and reliability testing to ensure product stability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Configure, deploy, and validate applications across Linux and virtualized environments.
- Create and monitor dashboards, logs, and reports to proactively identify system issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security guidelines, CI/CD processes, and release management practices.
- Collaborate with customers, project teams, and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirement analysis, and test planning.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
- Strong knowledge of testing concepts, test execution, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with unit testing, load testing, code coverage, and debugging tools such as JUnit,



JMeter, JaCoCo, GDB, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, Rest Assured, Appium, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of operating systems, particularly Linux.
- Experience working with Redis, MongoDB, or other in-memory database technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, ELK, Nagios, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices including Jenkins, SonarQube, build tools, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and deployment environments.
- Familiarity with security testing tools and secure development practices.
- Knowledge of VAS product environments and testing methodologies.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Desirable Skills

- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Shell, AWK, or Perl development.
- Knowledge of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, or Nginx.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking, clustering, and distributed systems concepts.
- Knowledge of GSM, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architecture and telecom ecosystems.
- Familiarity with telecom protocols such as SS7, SIGTRAN, IP, TCAP, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, SMPP, DIAMETER, and RADIUS.
- Experience in advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases and distributed data platforms.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and release management processes.
- Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
