We're looking for someone who can turn conversations into outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of customers, technology, product, and business. You'll work directly with the VP – Technology, Product Growth & Evangelism across Moolya and Bugasura.

We need someone who understands the bigger picture, thinks independently, and takes ownership of getting things done.

What you'll do

1. Customer understanding: Participate in customer discussions, understand their requirements, identify underlying problems, and translate conversations into actionable next steps.
2. Product coordination: Work closely with the Bugasura product and engineering teams to translate customer expectations into product actions and track them through closure.
3. Documentation and storytelling: Create compelling presentations, proposals, product narratives, meeting summaries, and customer-facing documentation.
4. Execution and follow-through: Track customer commitments, meetings, deliverables, dependencies, and next actions. Ensure nothing gets lost between discussions and execution.
5. AI-enabled productivity: Use AI tools to research, analyze, draft, structure, and accelerate work while applying independent judgment to the output.
6. Strategic thinking: Connect information across customer engagements, product developments, and business opportunities. Identify gaps, question assumptions, and recommend practical next steps.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, product,



and leadership teams to maintain momentum across initiatives.

How we'll work together

You'll work directly with me across customer engagements, product conversations, and strategic opportunities.

I'll continue leading relationships, strategic discussions, and key decisions. You'll help turn those conversations into structured execution, maintain momentum, and work alongside me to drive outcomes.

This is not a traditional executive assistant role, nor is it purely a project coordination position.

It's a role for someone who can think, structure, communicate, and execute.

What success looks like

Customer conversations translate into meaningful actions. Product commitments move forward. Follow-ups happen without reminders. Documentation is transparent and useful. Teams stay aligned.

Most importantly, opportunities don't lose momentum between a great conversation and a successful outcome.
