Job Summary

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with good expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) and Customer-to-Cash (C2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, with a strong understanding of global finance operations, solution design, and integration strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance R2R solutions.

- Should be able to configure and test modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Receivables, and SLA.

- Conduct solution design workshops and stakeholder sessions.

- Drive data migration and integration strategies.

- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and localization (e.g., EMEA).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems.

- Analyze and optimize Order Management, Receivables, Collections,



and Revenue Recognition processes.

- Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support end-to-end C2C workflows.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.

- Support automation initiatives and process improvements across the C2C cycle.

- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.

- Solid functional knowledge of R2R and C2C modules.

- Experience with global rollouts, multi-entity setups, and localizations.

- Hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and customization.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle Fusion Functional Certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Finance implementation cycles.

- Background in Finance Accounting

- Exposure to AI-driven automation and analytics in ERP systems.
