We're hiring a Product Manager - Platform based in Gurgaon to own and build cutting-edge, AI-powered trading tools, optimize onboarding processes, and enhance user experience. This role is an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and solve meaningful problems in the fast-evolving world of digital finance. What You Will Do

As the Product Manager - Platform, you will work on the following initiatives and more:

Trading Platform & Product Development

- Own the roadmap for the core trading experience, including the trade page, order placement, charts and portfolio, and make it simple to use across every asset class.
- Work closely with engineers to build scalable features that work across crypto, US stocks, Indonesian stocks, gold and mutual funds.

Onboarding Optimization

- Own user onboarding and KYC journeys, reducing friction while maintaining security.
- Partner with teams to streamline onboarding processes while improving user experience.
- Optimize identity verification, automated approvals, and authentication mechanisms.

Trading Tools, Salesforce & Chatbot Enhancements

- Build and improve trading tools such as Signals, Screeners, price alerts and Auto Invest, along with market insights.
- Improve charting features, order types, and portfolio tracking for traders.
- Work on Salesforce integrations to improve customer relationship management and automate workflows.
- Build and improve the admin panel and internal tools that our operations, compliance and support teams use every day, and remove manual work and errors from their jobs.
- Improve the chatbot to optimize customer support and user engagement.




- Build AI products that change how Indonesians trade, from Aura, our AI assistant that gives every user personalised insights and trade recommendations, to our MCP server, which lets users research and trade on Pluang from AI agents like Claude.

Data-Driven Product Enhancements

- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and platform performance to inform product decisions.
- Run A/B tests, gather trader feedback, and iterate on key platform features.
- Own and improve KPIs such as install-to-first-trade conversion, KYC approval rate, 30-day activation, feature adoption, and retention.

Compliance, Security & Risk Management

- Work with the Compliance team to make sure features meet Indonesian regulations from OJK and CFX.
- Collaborate with security teams to protect user data and transactions.
- Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with engineering, data, compliance, and UX teams to drive execution.
- Engage with traders and users to help refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support adoption and user growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate and driven product manager who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant product management experience

- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.
- Prior experience with trading platforms, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Being an active investor or trader yourself is a strong plus, and can make up for no fintech experience.

Strong problem-solving and execution skills

- Ability to work through ambiguity, navigate challenges, and drive projects to completion.
- A bias for action and a willingness to push boundaries to achieve ambitious goals.
- Ability to balance structured thinking with hands-on execution.
- A habit of owning outcomes. You pick up problems nobody assigned to you and follow each launch through to its results.

Strong collaboration abilities

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Clear written communication, including PRDs that engineers can build from without a follow-up meeting.

Analytical and data-driven mindset

- Ability to use data to prioritize initiatives, solve problems, and optimize user experiences.
- Hands-on with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or SQL, so you can pull and read data yourself.

AI-native way of working

- You use AI tools like Claude every day to research, write PRDs, analyse data and build quick prototypes.
- You spot where AI can make the product better for users, and you push to build it.

Curiosity and adaptability

- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies and market trends.
- Openness to experimenting and iterating to create innovative products.
