Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Product Manager with a strong background in product-based IT companies, particularly in mobile applications and digital products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Android and iOS products, Google Play Console, app analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch, analytics, and optimization.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, priorities, and release plans.
- Manage and coordinate Android and iOS application products, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Handle Google Play Console and App Store Connect for app releases, updates, and product management.
- Monitor application performance using Firebase, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Analyze user engagement, retention, downloads, revenue, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and delivery risks.




- Plan and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in coordination with the marketing team to support product growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to improve product performance.
- Prepare product documentation, PRDs, user stories, and project progress reports.
- Ensure product quality, successful releases, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Management.
- Prior experience working in a product-based IT company is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing mobile application products on Android and iOS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Firebase, and Google Analytics for application products.
- Strong understanding of app monetization, user acquisition, retention, and product growth.
- Experience in product roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
